How Does Ski Butlers Work?
Ski Butlers provides the most convenient rental experience by delivering equipment directly to you. Spend less time hunting down gear and more time actually using it.

2. Relax, you’re on vacation.
Ski Butlers will fit you in your residence or will have the equipment ready for pickup at any Gravity Haus mountain location.
3. Don’t miss a turn.
Enjoy full on-mountain support while you ski or ride. Ski Butlers will switch out any equipment you like throughout your stay.
4. You pack your suitcases.
Ski Butlers will collect the gear. Pickups will be provided at each Gravity Haus location or at a separate residence if you happen to be staying off-site.

Do I have a complimentary night? If so, how do I redeem that night?
Only All In members receive complimentary nights for their membership. When you joined or around your renewal month, Gravity Haus sent an email with a form to redeem your complimentary nights.
To redeem your complimentary nights, fill out the form in the email you received.some text
- Forms must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of your desired stay
- Complimentary nights are only eligible to be redeemed Sunday - Wednesday, non-holiday, excluding the Vail property.
- The price of the room cannot exceed the $400 haus rate

How do I use my $100 birthday dining credit and how do I get it?
You will receive your $100 birthday dining gift card via email on the first couple of days of your birthday month. You will have the full month of your birthday to use it. This credit is only eligible to be redeemed at Gravity Haus restaurants located inside our Gravity Haus hotels and Aspen Haus (Slope Room, Cabin Juice, White Rabbit Tavern, The Boat Tow, Wild Pine, and Terrain Taco).
If you received a text message, but not the email, ensure that you are subscribed to receive Gravity Haus emails by finding an old email from us, go to the bottom to "email preferences" to resubscribe!
I forgot what membership I have. Where do I find it?
1. Log in to your Member Portal.
2. Go to "Account" on the bottom navigation bar for all your account information. From here, you can view and update your membership information!
Member Guests
May I bring guests to Gravity Haus for day use? How much does it cost?
If you would like to bring a guest to any Gravity Haus property it is $25/day per guest. All hotel guests may access the property free of additional charges.
Hotel Reservations
Where do I find the cancellation and deposit policies for my hotel reservations?
1. Log in to your Member Portal
2. From “Haus” on the navigation bar, touch “Details” for more information about the property including cancellation policies! You can also find them when making a reservation
3. Once you select the Gravity Haus location, dates, and room type, click the "Show Rates" button and scroll down to “Member Rate”. On the drop-down, the cancellation policy is listed for that location.

Gear
What is included with a gear token?
+ 1 token = snowboard or skis, with your selection of boots and poles. Helmet/goggles are add-ons.
How many gear token codes do I have access to as a Member?
+ All-In Individual: 7 gear token codes
+ All-In Family: 14 gear token codes
+ Anyone listed on the membership will be able to utilize a token, offering greater flexibility for your family’s adventures. You may use more than one token per day should multiple members of your membership need gear at the same time.
+ Traveler & Local: Available to purchase at pre-negotiated rates. You may purchase additional gear token codes at a rate of $340 for 5. Email gear@gravityhaus.com to purchase.
How do I book my gear?
Note: Gear is available on an availability basis, so request your gear token code(s) and book early for guaranteed access to the gear you want!
1. Login to your Member Portal, click “Gear” and search for the location you’d like.
2. Follow the redirect to our gear partner’s website to take a look at their inventory and select the gear you’d like.

When is gear available by season?
+ Summer: Available for bookings beginning May 2025.
+ Winter: Available for bookings beginning November 2024.
What if I want more gear token codes?
+ You’re in luck! We’ve pre-negotiated rates on additional tokens for you already. You may purchase additional tokens at a rate of $340 for 5 tokens.

Parking Policies
What are the parking policies at all your locations?
Members receive the best rates on parking at all Gravity Haus locations. For the most up-to-date information on individual parking rates, alternative parking options, and free parking options at each Haus, visit each location's FAQ page:
Pet Policies
May I bring my pet? How much does it cost?
Members are permitted to bring up to two dogs while they are staying at any of our Gravity Haus properties. Dog fee at Gravity Haus properties are at no additional cost for members!
* Please note: Gravity Haus Vail condos are not pet friendly. While we love your furry friends, please do not leave them unattended in your hotel room. Some properties do require advance notice and approval on pets prior to arrival.

How do I reset my password in the Member portal?
1. Login to your Member Portal
2. Under your "Account" and "Membership" "Change password" or from the login page, “Forgot Password”. If you’re having trouble, email members@gravityhaus.com.
Billing
Can I change my plan later?
All members are committed to a 12-month contracted membership. Cancelation requests made within 7 days of the first of the month will be set to cancel for the following month.
Can I pause my membership?
All members are allowed a one time two-month maximum pause during the lifetime of their membership. You may request your pause by emailing members@gravityhaus.com.
How do I update my payment method?
1. Login to your Member Portal.
2. Under your "Account" > "Membership" > "Update credit card".
3. If you would like to update your credit card over the phone contact your Member Success team.
