Our fitness area is open from 6am-10pm on the 2nd floor. It includes weights, cardio equipment, and foam rollers. Recovery amenities feature an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, open year-round. Access is with your guest or member card key. Locker rooms are available for members.

Gravity Haus Jackson Hole is dog friendly in the hotel room accommodations and lobby only. The pet fee is $50 per dog, per night, and complimentary for members. We welcome dogs and registered service animals for people with disabilities. There is no fee for registered service animals with valid identification. Emotional support dogs are permitted but subject to the pet fee. Each room permits no more than two dogs, up to 50lbs each.
Yes, we offer ski lockers for Gravity Haus Members. The cost of a ski locker is $1,500 annually. Contact membership@gravityhaus.com for details and to purchase a ski locker for the upcoming season.
Check-in begins at 4 PM. On your final day, check-out is at 11 AM. Need a late checkout? Just check with the front desk, and if we can't approve it for your room, you can still store your luggage with us for as long as you need.
Availability and Assignment: Overnight guest parking is limited and assigned at check-in. One spot per room, based on availability.
Parking Rates: Hotel guest parking is included in the resort fee. Non-hotel guests can park for free on a first-come, first-served basis in front of the hotel or in Teton Village lots.
Gravity Haus Member Parking: Complimentary hour-long parking is available in front of the hotel. For longer stays, or if spots are full, please use Teton Village lots.
Gym Users: Complimentary hour-long parking is also available for gym users. For longer stays or if spots are full, use Teton Village lots.

Yes, you're welcome to ship items to the property! Just give us a call to let us know. Please note that any shipping costs will be covered by you, through the carrier of your choice.
Our 24/7 lounge on the 2nd floor is a cozy spot with drip coffee during the day, outlets, shareable tables, phone booths, a meeting pod, and adjustable desks. Dogs are welcome! No key is needed for access, and the guest Wi-Fi is open for use.
Deposit Policy: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 14 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
