We offer valet parking as the convenient option for your stay. For non-members, valet service is $40 per night, while Gravity Haus Members enjoy a reduced rate of $20 per night. Feel free to valet your vehicle even before you check-in, subject to availability.
Check-in begins at 4 PM. On your final day, check-out is at 11 AM. Need a late checkout? Just check with the front desk, and if we can't approve it for your room, you can still store your luggage with us for as long as you need. Plus, you can keep your vehicle parked until 1 PM.
Yes, we offer complimentary ski lockers for all guests of the hotel.
We love welcoming your furry friends! Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in the room. There is a $50 per night fee per dog, but members enjoy complimentary pet stays.

Yes, you're welcome to ship items to the property! Just give us a call to let us know. Please note that any shipping costs will be covered by you, through the carrier of your choice.
Our fitness center is open from 5 AM to 10 PM and offers a range of amenities, including classes, recovery equipment, yoga mats, foam rollers, MyZone, free weights, sleds, and a turf area. For recovery, we provide Theraguns, Normatec leg sleeves, a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna. Dryland classes are also available. Access the space with your hotel key or membership key fob; see the front desk if you need a fob. Locker rooms for men and women each have two shower stalls.
Our workspace is open from 6 AM to 7 PM and includes a boardroom, day lockers, work pods, an office, a TV for boardroom connections, an ethernet jack, a fireplace, and a kitchenette. You can access the space with your membership key fob. Dogs are welcome too, as long as they're on a leash.

Deposit Policy: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 48 hours before your arrival.
Summer (May 1, 2023 - November 22, 2023): If you cancel more than 48 hours before your arrival, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Winter (November 23, 2023 - April 30, 2024): If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday (December 15, 2023 - January 6, 2024): If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
