Sustainability isn't just a buzzword we use – it's embedded into our ethos.
A Foundation of Sustainability
All eight Gravity Haus locations made use of existing buildings, transforming what was already there rather than bulldozing the land to build something new. And when we couldn't find a partner coffee brand who shared our ethical and sustainable practices, we created one ourselves: Unravel Coffee, which operates with the highest standards of farming and environmental responsibility. It's much harder to do it this way – but we believe it's the right way.

Our Eco-Conscious Initiatives
Rest easy – all Gravity Haus beds are made with latex- and phthalate-free Parachute Home Bedding linens, and the Winkbeds Mattresses are made with soft New Zealand Wool sans chemicals, sprays, or synthetic materials.
We partner with and source from sustainable brands, like EO plant-based body products and energy-friendly Monarch Cypress kimono bathrobes, and our in-room snacks and beverages are all from local and responsibly-minded businesses.
All our restaurants have deep local sourcing practices, forging relationships with nearby farmers and ranchers to deliver the highest quality proteins and seasonal produce. Not only does this reduce our carbon footprint, it means your meals are fresher and more delicious – win-win.
Events That Give Back
Gravity Haus hosts adopt a trail days and trail repair day events. We also have a partnership with Bluebird Backcountry, offering ski experiences accessed by muscle-burning hikes rather than diesel-burning lifts.
