Ski Butlers will fit you in your residence or will have the equipment ready for pickup at any Gravity Haus mountain location.
Enjoy full on-mountain support while you ski or ride. Ski Butlers will switch out any equipment you like throughout your stay.
Ski Butlers will collect the gear. Pickups will be provided at each Gravity Haus location or at a separate residence if you happen to be staying off-site.

Q: Can I use my tokens for backcountry Gear?
A: Tokens will only work with Ski Butlers, but don’t worry! We have set up exclusive Gravity Haus member discounts at each of our new partner shops.

Q: What kind of gear does each shop have?
A: Alpine touring skis, splitboards, snowshoes, avalanche safety gear, and more! Teton Backcountry Rentals even has cross country gear. Check out the websites linked above for more information on each shop.
Q: How do I book my gear?
A: Please visit the “Backcountry Gear” section under “Benefits” in the member portal for detailed instructions. We recommend exploring each shop’s website, linked above. You can book online, or call your desired backcountry rental shop and book directly over the phone.
Q: How do I redeem my exclusive Gravity Haus discount?
A: Present proof of GH membership in-person when you pick up your gear. In the member portal, go to your account, and present your membership status to the shop employee.
Q: Do I need a discount code?
A: For Cripple Creek Backcountry and Silverthorne Backcountry Demo Center, you do not need a code. Simply present proof of membership when picking up your gear, and you will be charged with your discount then. You will not be charged before picking up your gear. For Teton Backcountry Rentals ONLY, if you wish to book online, we have a unique code for 30%. This code will live in the member portal under “Backcountry Gear”.

+ Anyone listed on the membership will be able to utilize a token, offering greater flexibility for your family’s adventures. You may use more than one token per day should multiple members of your membership need gear at the same time.

Note: Gear is available on an availability basis, so request your gear token code(s) and book early for guaranteed access to the gear you want!
1. Email gear@gravityhaus.com a minimum 48 hours before your desired first rental day to request gear token(s). Note: Gear is available on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend booking well before 48 hours early to guarantee access to the gear you want!
2. Login to your Member Portal, click “Gear” and select “Book Now” under Ski Butlers. You may also go directly to Ski Butlers website (skibutlers.com)
3. Follow the typical reservation process on skibutlers.com, including inputting the correct location.
4. Use your gear token code from Gravity Haus at checkout!
