Do you offer on-site gear demos for hotel guests?

For our hotel guests, we offer a 10% discount on ski demos at our Ski Butlers locations and on summer bike demos at partner shops. Details including codes for discounted gear rentals will be sent directly to your inbox prior to your stay.

Can you tell me about the gym, spa, and other on-site recovery amenities?

Dryland Fitness & Spa, located at Gravity Haus Vail, offers a range of amenities including a full-service spa with body treatments, massages, facials, and more. Additionally, you can enjoy our Sauna, Steam Room, Salt Room, Gym Fitness Center, and Fitness Classes. All amenities close at 8:45 PM, but you are welcome to stay until 9 PM.

For recovery, we provide Normatec Recovery Boots and a Hypervolt Massage Gun, which can be obtained at the Dryland front desk. Dryland classes are offered—check the Vail Class Schedule online.

To access these amenities, visit the two lower levels of the building and check in at the Dryland front desk. We also offer free daily use lockers for your convenience.

What are your on-site dining options?

At Gravity Haus Vail, you'll find Slope Room, our award-winning alpine bistro. Enjoy innovative and sustainably sourced dishes from renowned Chef, Jason Brumm and an unmatched mountain ambiance in the heart of Vail Village. Reservations are highly recommended! What kinds of experiences does the property offer?

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in begins at 4 PM. On your final day, check-out is at 11 AM. Need a late checkout? Just check with the front desk, and if we can't approve it for your room, you can still store your luggage with us for as long as you need.

Do you offer ski lockers? If so, what is the price?

Ski lockers are available for annual purchase as an add-on for Gravity Haus Members. The cost is $2,500, and there is a waitlist for the upcoming next ski season. Existing members can contact our Member Success Team at members@gravityhaus.com.

Can I ship my skis to the property? If so, what are the costs/regulations?

Yes, you're welcome to ship items to the property! Just give us a call to let us know. Please note that any shipping costs will be covered by you, through the carrier of your choice.

What are the parking options at Gravity Haus Vail?

Peak Season Parking

‍Guests at our hotel can choose to valet their vehicle, conveniently located just a short walk from the Vail Village Parking Structure. Pricing varies by season, with valet service costing $80 for transient guests and $70 for Gravity Haus members. For fractional and full owners, valet parking is included in your ownership benefits.

Off-Season Parking

‍Parking rates at the Vail Village Parking Structure, as well as valet service costs, vary depending on the time of year. Please check for the most current pricing during your stay.

Is there a place where I can store my bags?

The Front Desk is happy to store luggage in a secure storage area before check-in and after check-out.

What is included in the co-working space?

The co-working space is open from 6am to 9pm and offers workpods, Wi-Fi, a conference room, and complimentary coffee from 7-11am. To access the space, enter through the sliding glass doors and take the first door on your left. Please note that only service dogs are allowed in the co-working area.

What is your dog policy?

For non-members, the pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, while members enjoy free pet stays. However, please note that at GH Vail, the HOA rules for fractionally owned condominiums strictly prohibit pets. If you have a service dog, we would be happy to accommodate you in one of our ADA-friendly hotel rooms.

What is your cancellation and deposit policy?

Summer (May 1, 2023 - November 23, 2023): A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (November 24, 2023 - April 30, 2024): A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 14 days before your arrival. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 22, 2023 - January 1, 2024; February 16-23, 2024; March 8-15, 2024): Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
