What is your dog policy?

We love welcoming your furry friends! Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in the room. There is a $75 fee per dog, but members enjoy pet stays for free.

Do you offer on-site gear storage?

Yes. Every one of our guest rooms is fully equipped with a Steadyrack bike rack for in-room storage. Our rooms offer some of the most spacious accommodations you'll find in Moab!

Do you offer on-site gear rentals?

Our Moab location does not offer on-site gear rentals, but we’re happy to provide suggestions for local and reputable gear shops on Moab—just contact our front desk for details at moab@gravityhaus.com.

What kinds of experiences does the property offer?

What are your on-site dining options?

While we do not offer on-site dining at Gravity Haus Moab, our front desk team is knowledgeable about the area and can offer recommendations based on your preferences. Please connect with our team at moab@gravityhaus.com or inquire upon check-in.

Does the property offer co-working?

While we do not offer a dedicated co-working space, hotel members and guests may take advantage of our common spaces with complimentary wifi included.

Can you tell me about your on-site recovery amenities?

Enjoy our outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs, open year-round with stunning views of the red rocks.

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am; early check-in is based on availability. Late check-out is available upon request on the morning of your departure.

What are the parking options at Gravity Haus Moab?

We offer free onsite parking, including oversized parking in our overflow area. The front desk will provide access details at check-in.

Can I ship my gear to the property? If so, what are the costs/regulations?

Yes, you're welcome to ship items to the property! Just give us a call to let us know. Please note that any shipping costs will be covered by you, through the carrier of your choice.

What is your cancellation and deposit policy?

Summer (April 1 - September 30): A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (October 1st - March 31st): 25% deposit required at the time of booking. Final payments are due 2 days prior to arrival date. Reservations canceled prior to 2 days of arrival will receive a full refund without a penalty. Within 2 days of arrival the reservation is non-refundable.

Holiday (June 30 - July 4, September 1-3, November 23-25, March 8-24): Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
