Do you offer on-site gear demos for hotel guests?

For our hotel guests, we offer a 10% discount on ski demos at our Ski Butlers locations and on summer bike demos at partner shops. Details including codes for discounted gear rentals will be sent directly to your inbox prior to your stay.

Can you tell me about the gym and on-site recovery amenities?

Our amenities are available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. Enjoy two outdoor hot tubs and access to our fully equipped fitness facility. To access the gym and hot tubs, exit the lobby, walk down the sidewalk away from the main road, and you’ll find the gym at the far end of the property. The hot tubs are located through the gym, and clean towels are provided to the right before you head outside.

What are your on-site dining options?

At Gravity Haus Winter Park, we offer tasty food and beverage options right on-site! Enjoy refreshing beverages and a twist on traditional tacos at Terrain Taco. Hours and dishes vary by season. What kinds of experiences does the property offer?

What is included in the co-working space?

Our co-working space is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Inside, you'll find a conference room and office space available for member reservations, along with work cubicles and a desk facing the parking lot. Please note that work pods are not available at this location. To access the space, enter the Gravity Haus main lobby and head up the stairs—no special entry is needed. We also welcome dogs as long as they are on a leash.

What is your dog policy?

We are a dog friendly establishment! We welcome dogs in the main hotel lobby as long as they are leashed. Dogs are also welcome to stay in our hotel for an additional fee of $50 per night. Members do not need to pay a pet fee, but please let us know if you bring your pets anyways!

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in begins at 4 PM. On your final day, check-out is at 11 AM. Need a late checkout? Just check with the front desk, and if we can't approve it for your room, you can still store your luggage with us for as long as you need.

What is the late checkout policy?

Members can receive a 1 pm late check out upon request but is not guaranteed. Non-members may contact the front desk the night prior to their departure to request a late check out. A 12 o’clock check out could be granted depending on occupancy, turnovers, and housekeeping availability.

What are the parking options at Gravity Haus Winter Park?

Our hotel offers free parking with space for one car per room. Upon check-in, you'll receive a parking pass. While overnight parking isn't guaranteed, there’s a free, covered garage across the street if needed. Daytime parking is available but not guaranteed due to public access. Members using the co-working space, café, or bar don’t need a pass for day use.

Can I ship my skis to the property? If so, what are the costs/regulations?

Not at this time - We currently do not have ski storage available onsite.

Do you offer ski lockers? If so, what is the price?

We do not offer ski lockers.

What is your cancellation and deposit policy?

Summer (April 9 - November 23): No deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 2 days before your arrival. Cancellations made more than 2 days before arrival will receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (November 24 - April 8): No deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 22 - January 1, February 16-18, March 16-24): Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
