Co-Working

What is included in the co-working space?

Our workspace is open from 7 AM to 9 PM and includes a shared desks, a restroom, complimentary WIFI, Work Pods (in the lobby), and additional space within Unravel Coffee. You can access the space with your membership key fob. Dogs are welcome too, as long as they're on a leash.

Fitness and Recovery

Can you tell me about the gym and on-site recovery amenities?

Our fitness center is open from 6 AM to 10 PM and offers a range of amenities, including a fully-equipped fitness facility, sauna, and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Access the space with your hotel key or membership key fob; see the front desk if you need a fob.

Gear

Do you offer on-site gear demos for hotel guests?

For our hotel guests, we offer a 10% discount on ski demos at our Ski Butlers locations and on summer bike demos at partner shops. Details including codes for discounted gear rentals will be sent directly to your inbox prior to your stay.

What are your on-site dining options?

At Gravity Haus Steamboat, we offer delightful dining options right on-site. Enjoy refreshing beverages and classic favorites at White Rabbit Tavern, our award-winning, cozy tavern concept. For a unique coffee experience and a range of beverages, stop by Unravel Coffee + Bar. Dining reservations for White Rabbit Tavern are highly recommended! Hours and dishes vary by season. Shipping

Can I ship my skis to the property? If so, what are the costs/regulations?

Yes, you're welcome to ship items to the property! Just give us a call to let us know. Please note that any shipping costs will be covered by you, through the carrier of your choice.

Is there a place where I can store my bags?

Yes, with our front desk team.

Ski Lockers

Do you offer ski lockers? If so, what is the price?

Yes, we offer ski lockers for Gravity Haus Members. The cost of a ski locker is $1,500 annually. Contact membership@gravityhaus.com for details and to purchase a ski locker for the upcoming season. Also, we offer ski valet on property for hotel guests. Please check with our front desk for details!

Dog Policy

What is your dog policy?

We love welcoming your furry friends! Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in the room. There is a $50 per night fee per dog, but members enjoy pet stays for free.

Check In and Check Out

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in begins at 4 PM. On your final day, check-out is at 11 AM. Need a late checkout? Just check with the front desk, and if we can't approve it for your room, you can still store your luggage with us for as long as you need.

Parking

What are the parking options at Gravity Haus Steamboat?

Availability and Assignment

All parking spots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each spot will be assigned a unique number at the time of check-in. Only one parking spot per hotel room is allowed, based on available space.

Member Day Spots

There are 5 free member day spots available for use, but these spots are not for overnight parking. Member day spots are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No parking is allowed before 8:00 AM due to plowing operations.

Eligibility and Registration

Member days spots are reserved for Steamboat local members with a Steamboat zip code. 5 designated Member spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. You must show proof of membership at the front desk or your vehicle may be towed. Only one car per membership (Individual and Family) is allowed to use member day spots. If you are a Family membership holder and use a different car, you must provide proof of membership on the day of use and obtain a member sot parking pass. Please message us for assistance in this matter, as we aim to safeguard the 5 spots reserved for members.

Gym Users

Gym users arriving at 6:00 AM are recommended to park in the Knoll lot and walk to the facility. This parking option is free. Parking in the Knoll lot is typically okay before 8:30 AM. Please check for events, vacancy, and parking lot closures ahead of time.

Member Success Assistance

Member Success staff are knowledgeable about the bus schedule and can provide route recommendations to members for their convenience. Please reach out to them for assistance at members@gravityhaus.com. Cancellation and Deposit

What is your cancellation and deposit policy?

Summer (April 9 - November 23): No deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 2 days before your arrival. Cancellations made more than 2 days before arrival will receive a full refund with no penalty. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter (November 24 - April 8): A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday (December 22 - January 1, February 16-18, March 16-24): Cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable.
