Corporate holiday party, bachelor / bachelorette ski getaway, college and family reunions, wedding party welcome receptions — Gravity Haus is set up to host your private event in Breckenridge, Vail, Winter Park and Tahoe-Truckee. (Coming soon: Gravity Haus Steamboat’s slopeside outpost!)

Gravity Haus is growing its private events program, showcasing non-traditional meeting and event space and customizing stays to accommodate groups small and large.

“We cultivate that group excitement,” says Gravity Haus group sales manager Meaghan Carroll. “Invite your crew to come get lost in the mountains with you, gather for drinks around the fire pit, makes memories with some of Colorado’s best mountain towns and ski runs just steps away.”

The biggest draw, Meaghan adds, is the built-in access to adventure and entertainment. In Breckenridge, guests wake up and walk to skiing on Peak 9. Winter Park places parties in the heart of downtown. Vail serves up village and slopeside living and the Truckee location is built around year-round outdoor sports.

A New Way to Connect

Build your private event around making memories in the mountains, booking sleigh rides, snowshoe tours and ski lessons in the winter and paddleboard yoga, guided mountain biking and rafting excursions in the summer. The agenda is yours for the shaping.

Corporate teambuilding might look like climbing a Vail area 14er as a squad or pre-brunch SuperTramp flips and tricks at Gravity Haus Breckenridge. Wedding parties gather for yoga followed by mimosas at Dryland Winter Park. Tahoe-Truckee’s top trails and lakes beckon from the Gravity Haus outpost at the Cedar House Sport Hotel.

Gone are the days of stuffy boardrooms and beige meeting space. Gravity Haus invites work groups to gather inside Starter Haus coworking spaces over sustainably sourced coffee and chia bowls. Hammer out pitches and creative brainstorms and then gear up and hit the mountain together. We’re all about breaking traditions and cultivating community. This is where personal growth and wellness intersect.

“We work with yoga studios, gear outfitters and guides,” Meaghan says. “We’ll get you in touch with the right people in the community to make your vision come to life.”

Sustainable, clean fuel is built into the Gravity Haus experience. Guests have access to Unravel coffee haus goods; full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus; après snacks and specialty beverage programs that feature globally renowned wines and hand-crafted libations.

Tailor your Gravity Haus private party with a happy hour welcome reception serving cocktails and appetizers that showcase the season’s finest ingredients. Or a dessert bar by our legendary pastry chef. Rent out Starter Haus Breckenridge for a catered event overlooking the Blue River or gather at Gravity Haus Vail’s chicly styled Slope Room for a taste of Colorado’s finest ranches and farms.
