By prioritizing producers within a 100-mile radius of Truckee and North Lake Tahoe, Stella ensures the best health-focused menus.

Stella offers a mean Chilaquiles breakfast plate using corn tortillas, a homemade toasted chile salsa, fresh organic eggs, avocado, crema, queso fresco and micro cilantro.
