Executive Chef Alberto Rogelio Soto has carefully crafted an approachable and traditional Thanksgiving menu built around fresh, clean pasture-to-table ingredients and family-style sharing.
“We want to see people passing dishes around like a true family Thanksgiving,” Chef Alberto says. Slope Room Thanksgiving Dinner is available from 3 to 10pm. Guests will enjoy a unique three-course prix fixe menu prepared by Chef Alberto and Chef de Cuisine Frank Blea. In addition, the Slope Room sommelier team will offer curated bottle selections and wine pairings.
