Gravity Haus Vail’s modern mountain coffee haus, Unravel is located inside Slope Room and serves agriculturally sound and sustainable coffee with delightful morning meals. Caffeinate for the day with a freshly brewed cup made with Haus-roasted coffee from Ethiopia and Guatemala, among other South and Central American farms.
Unravel collaborates at the farm level and participates in the coffee cycle harvest and processing. The team makes decisions on how much and how to process the coffee cherries to create distinct taste profiles and follows the bean to the import process and then into Unravel’s roasting facility located in Denver, Colorado.
