Gravity Haus Expands with New LoHi Denver Clubhaus

Gravity Haus, the Colorado-based hospitality management and social club, is expanding its Denver presence with a new urban clubhouse on Platte Street in Denver’s Lower Highlands neighborhood. The new 10,000-square-foot members’ hub will offer expanded fitness facilities and classes as well as new amenities, including co-working, private offices, recovery facilities, event space, and a members’ lounge.
“We have a large and vibrant community in Denver, and our members’ number one request for the past few years is to provide an urban clubhaus to complement their existing perks and privileges at our hotel properties. Nearly 30% of our members live in Denver and we want them to be able to access the same member benefits in their day-to-day lives as they do when they visit our destination properties,” said Jim Deters, CEO of Gravity Haus, Inc. “Our new clubhaus is located within our largest concentration of members and located in one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods.”
Located at 1644 Platte Street, the new Gravity Haus – LoHi ClubHaus will open in phases following a renovation. Opening May 5, Phase 1 will include about 1,700 square feet of fitness facilities – almost double the space of the previous location – consisting of a fitness floor with functional equipment, cardio equipment and weights. Also included in Phase 1 will be a 1,000 square foot member lounge as well as 1,000 square feet of open space for coworking featuring built-in desks, a community worktable and lounge seating. Finally, there will be about 1,250 square feet of private meeting space, including four small offices, two meeting rooms and a boardroom.
The second phase, which will open this summer, will expand the fitness facilities even further by adding 1,500 square feet, including a recovery center featuring a cold plunge, sauna, chairs with compression boots, as well as a yoga, mobility room, and showers.
The new Gravity Haus ClubHaus location will offer an ever-changing lineup of event programming for members, from hikes in the front range and workouts at Red Rocks to networking socials, overnight experiences, and mixology tutorials.
“Growing our presence in Denver adds significant value for Gravity Haus members as it allows them to use their membership more frequently and in more ways,” said Deters. “We are providing the ultimate Colorado lifestyle membership with the goal to be an invaluable part of our members’ everyday lifestyle.”
The new Denver location is the latest expansion news for Gravity Haus, which announced the acquisition of a new destination in Big Sky, Montana, earlier this year and opened an Aspen location in late 2024. In less than five years, the company has grown its membership to more than 4,000 and, in addition to Denver, Big Sky and Aspen, has destinations in Vail, Breckenridge, Steamboat, and Winter Park, CO., as well as Jackson Hole, WY., Truckee, CA., and Moab, UT. The company is dedicated to providing its guests and members the most authentic outdoor experiences.
Gravity Haus Memberships average $200/month for 12 months. Full membership details are available at www.gravityhaus.com/membership.
