Before You Breck Yourself
Let's see how long we can get away with that one. Breckenridge was a mining town that found a second gold rush in riding the hills, rather than digging them up. Righteously so, Breck is a classic Colorado playground with world class ski terrain, wild aspen trails & access to all levels of rafting. The town itself is a charming host to breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and fun bars (don't miss the highest elevation tiki bar in the world), shops, the Blue River, trails, and enough goodies to make it a bussin' year-round adventure destination.

Frequently
Asked Questions
What's the best way to get to Breckenridge?
There are a few ways - just don't end up on I-70 Things...
The two most popular airports for Breckenridge and Summit County are Eagle (EGE) and Denver International (DEN). Denver is the most reliable and high-traffic hub, serving most major airlines and routes, lots of shuttles & rental car options - expect a 2+ hour drive depending on traffic. Meanwhile, Eagle Airport gets you straight into the mountains - where you can then grab a shuttle straight to Gravity Haus Breckenridge - most flights to EGE are connected through the DEN and are weather dependant.
Mountain Ready Rides offers scheduled airport shuttles and private charters to and from Denver International Airport, Eagle Airport & beyond
There are also multiple car rental options available - we recommend an AWD or 4x4 in the winter - it's actually the law.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Probably good info to know...
Check-in begins at 4 PM & check-out is at 11 AM. Need a late checkout? Just check with the front desk, and if we can't approve it for your room, you can still store your luggage with us for as long as you need.
Where is Gravity Haus located?
The south end of the town below Peak 9.
Gravity Haus Breck is strategically anchored in the south part of the town of Breckenridge, right below Peak 9 and the Quicksilver & Beaver Run chairlifts. Walk right to lifts if you're hitting the slopes or step right into town to explore all the local shops, bars & restaurants. There's a nice river walk & loads of trails to explore just outside the hotel as well. Here's our location information, or check your reservation confirmation for the exact address + easiest route, especially during winter conditions.
Is parking available?
Yes - we have valet!
Parking in Breck can get pretty gnarly, so our valet parking is coveted at $45/night ($20 for members)
Do you have ski/board storage (or lockers)?
Yes, we've got room for all your shred sleds & twigs.
Your room is definitely spacious enough if you're the type who likes to cuddle with your skis - but we also have a copious gear storage, storage lockers & common areas.
You can reserve lockers at the front desk for the day (or season for members).
Can I store my bags before check-in or after check-out?
Powder days don't wait for room keys.
Yes, bag storage is available so you can roll straight from the road to the mountain (or from check-out to one last mission).
Just drop your bags with the front desk.
Is the property pet-friendly?
Good boys - good vibes.
We have dog-ready rooms and common areas throughout the property. Pet fees do apply & can be paid for at booking.
*no pet fees for members
Is there a hot tub, sauna...cold plunge?
Oh yes, we've got it all.
There's nothing better than hopping in the hot tub after a day of dodging trees and hiking all over Breck. Level up your recovery, and your senses, with some cold plunge and sauna hopping.
Do you offer breakfast?
Of course. It's still the most important meal of the day right?
Start your morning right with a perfectly pulled espresso at Unravel Coffee - our haus coffee purveyor & roaster. Once the coffee has set in, you can fuel up on light snacks to beasty breakfast burritos - feel free to grab them to go on your way to the slopes.
Here's the online order menu
Is there an on-site restaurant or bar?
Well we don't expect you to forage for your food...that's our job.
Vacation doesn't mean need to take a vacation from tasty farm to table grub. Enter Cabin Juice, our haus and town hub for locally inspired plates & expertly crafted cocktails, local beers, mocktails and endless aprés.
Check the menu.
Is there Wi-Fi? Is it good enough for remote work?
Yes, this is Colorado, not Uranus.
Wi-Fi is standard & Gravity Haus stays are designed with modern travelers in mind. If you need higher reliability (video calls, uploads), ask about the fastest connectivity areas or our dedicated coworking space.
Do you have coworking space?
Yes, it's a coworking dream.
Our Breckenridge coworking space is a coveted palace of remote business, laptop lizards and bottomless coffee. With expansive coworking areas, bookable work pods & conference rooms. and other goodies we'll save for your tour - it's the physical manifestation of work/life balance. Our coworking space is reserved for hotel guests & members use only - Day Passes are available & include access to our fitness & recovery ammenities.
Want unlimited coworking? Explore our membership options.
Do you offer gear demos or rentals?
Yes, and your gear is delivered right to your room.
We've partnered with Ski Butlers to provide premium ski and snowboard gear rentals. We recommend booking ahead for the best inventory & availability. Gravity Haus Guests recieve 10% OFF gear rentals when you book here - members enjoy 7 complimentary rentals (14 for families) per year & should book gear through the GH Life app.
Can I ship my skis & gear to Gravity Haus?
Send it.
You're welcome to ship items to the property, just give us a call to let us know. Please note that any shipping costs will be covered by you, through the carrier of your choice.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Plans change, we get it.
Cancellation terms depend on rate type and season. The most accurate policy is the one attached to your booking confirmation (refundable vs. prepaid, blackout periods, etc.).
Do you have quiet hours?
We're all here for a good time & some good sleep too.
Most hotels observe quiet hours to keep the vibes mellow at night. If you’re traveling with a rowdy group, feel free to call ahead about optimal room placements to keep everyone happy.
Is smoking allowed?
Fresh Colorado mountain air only.
Most modern properties are non-smoking indoors (and often non-smoking on balconies/patios). If you need designated areas, ask the front desk.
How do I contact the property?
Fast answers, no runaround.

What are the best things to do in Breckenridge?
Other than elevated aprés & hanging out with the town Troll...
Well there's 5 peaks to explore across Breckenridge Ski Resort offering world-class winter terrain for all experience levels, and insane mountian biking in the summer. Outside of the resort, there are a diversity of trails to ride and hike you can access around town - there are also more than a few breweries in town, a distillery, the highest tiki bar on earth, tons of ski shops (some have bars connected to them) - it's an iconic mountain town for a reason. If you somehow exhaust all the fun stuff to do in and around town, you can always head out to explore Frisco, Dillon or Fairplay close by and head to the rivers for some rafting.
Feel free to ask your barista or bartender for the latest local itinerary & where to go for a good time - they know what they're talking about.
