The Concept
If you haven’t been yet, you’re in for a real zenned out treat. Nurture is a community-based wellcare space dedicated to independent beauty, wellness, fitness, food and retail. You’ll find everything you need to look and feel fabulous under one roof.
Even the interior design — exposed brick, raw concrete floors, lush overgrown plants at every turn and soft sturdy furniture with smooth retro lines in cathartic colors — is crafted to lower your blood pressure and put your vibe at ease.
The first floor is home to the Nest Cafe + Bar (Gravity Haus Members Receive 15% off), Nurturelings Child Care, fitness studios and nurture retailers – including Haus Quiver gear fulfillment and HQ Retail by Gravity Haus (you can also shop online here). Upstairs you’ll find the best of the best among Denver’s wellness professionals, spanning acupuncture to naturopathy.

The Fitness
Dryland Fitness inside Nurture features outdoor and indoor workout spaces, Dryland’s HIIT and strength classes and access to open gym times. Get your sweat on in the sunshine outside on the turf space, take a power-based Yoga For The Haus class or combine high-intensity intervals with functional training movements in an Enduro Zone class.
The Nexus fitness collective offers an array of movement classes including group fitness, HIIT, yoga, breathwork and wellness workshops, while Center Strength Studios — one of the oldest pilates studios in Denver — focuses on intimate group classes in pilates equipment, barre, yoga and pilates mat.
The Recovery
Dryland’s state-of-the-art recovery technologies help you relax, recover and maximize your training. Members get access to unlimited NormaTec Recovery sessions and Hypervolt massages devices. Dryland trainers have great references for bodywork specialists that offer a variety of bodywork focused private sessions and massages.
Book a 45-minute session in the Himalayan Salt Room, a space dedicated to improved respiratory health, downregulation of the nervous system and so much more. The infrared sauna is a 30-minute experience for reducing inflammation and free radicals while detoxifying and increasing metabolism, flexibility and skin health.
The Fuel
Nest Cafe + Bar is a clean, conscious and wholesome eatery. The bakery is stocked with vegan and gluten-free treats made with no refined sugar — think reishi coffee cake and raw energy bites. There’s a bone broth bar, a plethora of organic salads, dosas, well-built bowls and invigorating smoothies. The open-design café is welcoming with plenty of couches and nooks along with larger community tables and workspace. A list of non-alcoholic “free spirit” cocktails, wine, bubbles and classic cocktails made with fresh juices, herbs and vegetables make this your new post-workout happy hour meet-up spot.
