Dryland Breckenridge Fitness & Perks

We went behind the scenes with Dryland Breck Director of Performance, Linzee Vito to get the inside scoop on programming, member activations and the community in Breckenridge. Here’s what Linzee had to say about Dryland Breck: 

THE CLASSES

This location offers 13 Adult Small Group Classes and 4 Youth Classes. (That number is about to grow as well!) Every membership includes some sort of free class or multiple classes. It does not matter where you are in your fitness journey; every class has modifications and advancements for most individual’s needs. I want you to walk through the door and feel comfortable. When you leave, I would like your experience with us to be the best part of your day.

THE FACILITY

We have a state of the art functional fitness space that includes, turf, the only commercial treadmill that goes up to a 40% incline, a free runner, rowers, assault bikes, squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, turf sleds and much, much more. When you are not attending a class, you can enter the open gym period and come when you want.  Small Group Sessions and Privates are also available, giving you more individual attention that can address your specific programming needs. Our other locations, Denver and Vail, also have excellent gyms that based on your membership, you can also utilize.

WHAT'S THIS ABOUT A SUPER TRAMP?

Outside the gym there is a Super Trampoline on the 3rd floor. We will be rolling out private lessons and some Adult Body Awareness and Injury Prevention Classes.  Members are even allowed to book times on their own to get a great cardio workout in.

WILL I BE EXHAUSTED AFTER A WORKOUT?

Our motto here at Dryland is, “Train Smarter, Play Harder.” Your training at Dryland should complement whatever fun activities you enjoy in the great outdoors. Which is where our in-haus partners, Colorado Adventure Guides come in. They have limitless adventures that tap into your mental and physical levels. Dryland Sports and Colorado Adventure Guides complement each other perfectly. It’s a great way to train and prepare for your next hut trip, ski tour, hike, rafting trip, mountain bike and more. We also offer complimentary classes and SUP Yoga for members via our partnership with Bhava Yoga.

Our gym community is more than just working out. We offer fun fitness events (ie – 80s themed workouts) games, and monthly contests.  We even meet once a week on Friday morning for coffee, smoothies and brunch after class downstairs at Unravel. (Sounds like a “Happy” Hour to me!)
