Gravity Haus Manager of Member Success Dana Kaufman is piloting the Haus Guides program to see what sticks, what members crave for itinerary planning and how Gravity Haus can inspire members to take full advantage of haus perks like gear rentals, Gravity Haus restaurants, JoinMe events and member experiences.

Dana is currently reaching out to members staying on Gravity Haus properties prior to arrival, offering to help with itineraries and arrangements. Through a quick phone call, she gets to know members’ likes and dislikes, travel motivators, meal inclinations and gear preferences and provides a customized itinerary through a shared Google doc guests can refer back to.
Traveling with kids or pets?
Dana will hook you up with a list of kid-friendly community events and make sure your lodging pet fees are waived (another new member benefit!) She can also nab you a great table at Slope Room, Cabin Juice or Stella and make sure the pastry chef knows it’s your wife’s birthday. Maybe you need a set of hiking poles to tackle that 14er or a kayak to cruise around Lake Dillon? No prob.
