Coffee lovers, rejoice! Unravel is an all-day coffee destination serving small batch beans roasted in-haus for ultimate flavor. You’ll discover an entire taste spectrum featuring nuances that include milk chocolate, stone fruit, mandarin orange and cherry and you can feel good about an Unravel cup of coffee — Gravity Haus partners with and empowers farms in Ethiopia and uses a zero-emission Bellwether roaster along with reusable glass jars in place of paper cups.
Look to the Unravel Café grab-n-go menu for super food energy balls, chia pudding with Colorado honey, and a range of organic protein-packed smoothies. For lunch, there’s a colorful salad and tartines menu (think smoked salmon with dill cream cheese and veggies on sourdough). Handmade wraps and bowls are constructed around regionally sourced ingredients spanning prosciutto, burrata and arugula to a delish barbecue roast beef concoction with harvarti cheese and chipotle aioli. Kids love the peanut butter and banana toast and Noosa yogurt with fresh berries and granola.
Unravel collaborates at the farm level and participates in the coffee cycle harvest and processing. The team makes decisions on how much and how to process the coffee cherries to create distinct taste profiles and follows the bean to the import process and then into Unravel’s roasting facility located in Denver, Colorado.
