High Lonesome Hut – Winter Park – Intro to Backcountry Experience

Unplug and connect with nature — and learn a little something while you’re out there! This three-day adventure is the perfect introduction into the backcountry. Learn the ins and outs of winter backcountry travel and how to properly execute a winter hut trip while spending two nights in the tucked-away High Lonesome Hut.
Hut to Hut Trip: Jackal to Janet’s – Copper

Join us for a ski-touring trip to two of Colorado’s most beloved backcountry huts on this intermediate- to advanced-level adventure. Paragon Guides will lead this once-in-a-lifetime journey from Jackal Hut to Janet’s Cabin, two of the 10th Mountain Division Hut Association’s most inviting destinations. Francie’s Cabin – Breckenridge – Intermediate Backcountry Adventure
February 17-19
Take three days in the backcountry just outside of Breck and soak up the solitude and bottomless powder laps. Earn your turns on this fully guided backcountry ski trip to Francie’s Cabin. Ski, hang by the fire, enjoy home cooked meals and learn uphill and downhill techniques from experienced professional guides.
Backcountry Trek to Peter Estin – Copper – All Skill Levels
March 20-22
Journey to the stunning Peter Estin Hut and explore the Elk and Williams mountains. Settle into the timbered saddle just northwest of Charles Peak and tour peaceful trails and an alpine ridge. Paragon Guides will lead the way and Gravity Haus will provide elevated dinners from Slope Room.
March 31 – April 3
This trip has it all. Ski, drink, eat, dance and recover in a local hot springs at this end-of-season Telluride bash. Join a private ghost town snowmobile tour, enjoy après and a special dinner at the Mountain Lodge, first tracks access to the slopes, an on-mountain picnic and a sunset soak at Orvis Hot Springs.
