About the event:
Feeling a little off-balance? Join Krysty Bosse RYT200+ for an in-depth exploration of balance poses and their benefits for both body and mind. Starting with a short flow class, we will learn/explore multiple balance postures from the ground up. Finishing with a guided meditation, you will leave feeling centered, refreshed and ready for a complimentary mimosa at the Unravel bar. All ages/experience levels welcome. Open to everyone who is, has, or misses a mother.
