Release your inner gourmand and pull up a chair with your fellow foodie community at a Gravity Haus Supper Club event.
Beginning in May, the Gravity Haus Sunday Supper Club returns at Cabin Juice in Breckenridge, with a Monday night Supper Club kicking off in Vail at Slope Room. These special events occur monthly, bringing members and their guests together over three courses paired with curated cocktails, wine and beer from our favorite Colorado-based partners.
The Supper Club format goes like this:
- 5–5:30pm Welcome Drinks
- 5:30pm Welcome Message & Course 1
- ~6pm Course 2
- ~6:30pm Course 3
- 7pm Conclude
*Vail Slope Room dinner events begin a half hour later and end around 7:30pm.
These lively dining events are the perfect opportunity to break bread and build community while you dive into menus prepared by Chef Josiah of Cabin Juice and Slope Room’s Chef Alberto. Let the celebrated kings of the kitchen wow you with seasonally inspired, diligently procured and artfully plated courses. Bonus: Each is paired with a thoughtfully selected beverage.
In May, Cabin Juice partners with Colorado’s own Early Morning Orchard, a Palisade purveyor known for conscientiously raised hand-grown organic produce. The beverage partner this month is Breckenridge-based Continental Divide Winery. The highest-altitude winery in the world promises to bring award-winning varietals to the table.
In Vail, supper clubbers can expect a three-course custom pairing menu to unfold inside mountain-glam Slope Room. The inaugural dinner calls on craft creations from Bonfire Brewing out of Eagle, Colorado.
Please note: Members can always bring a guest, but you cannot register for Supper Club dinners unless you’re a Gravity Haus member. Additional drinks are available for purchase.
