Join us for 7 Weeks of Wellness at Dryland Denver to help kick off the new year with learning to build healthy habits in all areas of your life. Each week will have a different theme to participate in that centers around physical, emotional, mental health, recovery and much more. Each week will have a different call to action to prompt participation, and ANYBODY can participate. Let’s build a sustainable lifestyle at the beginning of our year and watch these habits carry us through the entire 2023 year.
Week 1 | Physical: Get 3 workouts in this week
Week 2 | Mental: Join our Sound Bath and Yin yoga on January 19
Week 3 | Nutritional: Join Christine Pierangeli for a virtual event on Foundations of Nutrition January 23
Week 4 | Social: Join our Pairing and Paint night January 31
Week 5 | Emotional: reiki healing, chakras (more info coming soon)
Week 6 | Recovery: Education (dive into: foam rolling, hypervolts, mobility)
Week 7 | Moving Forward/Continuing (Energy): February 25 – the last hurrah (more info coming soon)
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE 7 WEEKS ARE OVER?
We’ll reflect on everything we did over the last 7 weeks during a Saturday class followed by smoothies at Nest. There’s no spot to register for each of the 7 Weeks (you must register for the Saturday class at the end), just join in where you can!
