Here’s your step-by-step guide to access bike rentals:
- Email gear@gravityhaus.com at least 24 hours in advance of the desired first rental day to request a gear token code.
- Log into the Member Portal, select “Benefits,” and under the “Gear,” choose “Book Now.”
- You will be redirected to the selected shop’s gear site. Please redeem your token as a discount code.
You can use your 7 allotted tokens with purpose – once a token is requested, it will be deducted from your account. For bookings at Venture Sports in Vail, you must call one of three locations.
Please note, that as a renter, you will be subject to the partner’s rental policies, which may include out-of-pocket payments for no-shows, late returns, damages, and damage insurance. You will be required to leave payment information with each bike partner before taking out a bike.

What these changes mean for Members:
- Any member of an All-In Family membership will be able to utilize a code, offering greater flexibility for your family’s adventures.
- Full access to a fleet of inventory, including a wider range of gear for all ages and ability levels, including youth gear.
- With 40+ locations across North America, planning your trips becomes easier and more convenient.
Winter Gear:
- Ski Butlers will meet you with your gear wherever you find yourself staying – at Gravity Haus properties, at a vacation home, or at your own doorstep.
- Enjoy the quality and convenience of concierge services and expanded hours to get your gear.
- Delivery is based on their existing delivery zones. Please visit skibutlers.com to view.
Summer Gear:
- Get your bikes in Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Truckee-Tahoe, Vail, and Winter Park.
- Access to a fleet of bike inventory, including a wider range of bikes that include e-bikes, full suspension mountain bikes, gravel bikes, and more (based on availability at each location).
- Simply email gear@gravityhaus.com when you need a code 24 hours before you’d like the gear and we’ll send it your way tracking your usage along the way.
As an All-In Member, you have the following options:
- All In members receive codes for a total of 7 tokens (days).
- All In Family memberships receive codes for a total of 14 tokens (days), usable by any family member on the account.
- Token is one full package of gear, including boots, poles, helmets, skis, or snowboard.
As a Local Member, you have the option of upgrading to All-In to enjoy these new benefits or purchase 5 tokens at a discounted price of $340.
- $340 for purchase of 5 tokens.
- 10% off for non-All In members (Local & Traveler).
- Cannot purchase less than 5 tokens.
- Additional tokens are at a discount to members.

Winter
- Onsite at Ski Butlers’ locations inside Gravity Haus Breckenridge, Gravity Haus Steamboat Springs, and Gravity Haus Vail.
- Delivery available with Ski Butlers in 40+ North American destinations, including to Gravity Haus Aspen, Jackson Hole, Truckee and Winter Park.
- Summer: Available for bookings beginning May 2024.

- Traveler & Local: Available to purchase at pre-negotiated rates. You may purchase additional gear token codes at a rate of $340 for 5. Email gear@gravityhaus.com to purchase.
- 1 token = snowboard or skis, with your selection of boots and poles. (Helmet/goggles are an add-on.)
- You’re in luck! We’ve pre-negotiated rates on additional tokens for you already. You may purchase additional tokens at a rate of $340 for 5 tokens.

- Note: Members must request code(s) a minimum of 24 hours before preferred gear checkout.
- Allotted tokens correlate to your membership year.
- For 2024, every member’s tokens start in May when the bike shops open and may all be used before your renewal date. Upon your membership renewal date, the allotted tokens reset.

Our partners run high-volume operations that rely heavily on timely gear return. If you miss your drop-off time, you will be subject to their normal, non-discounted daily rental rate for that piece of equipment, for each day that you are late.
For example, if a bike costs non-members $85/day to rent, you will be assessed a late fee of $85. If you bring that same bike back at 5:10pm the following day, you are now 2 days late and assessed a fee of $170.
