MEET TARYN MURTAGH – Top Hotel Booker
Taryn has been a part of the Gravity Haus community since July of 2020 – she and her family enjoy most of their time at the Breckenridge location and are getting ready to explore the Steamboat location. When asked about her favorite Gravity Haus location, Taryn said it’s “…difficult to choose as I like them all but I’d have to go with Breck…so many fun memories with family and friends BUT really looking forward to more nights in Steamboat: stellar location.” The Gravity Haus Steamboat location is a premium ski-in/ski-out location at the base of the Steamboat Gondola. Our doors are open to travelers and first-timers, families of all ages, and pups of all kinds.
At Gravity Haus, one of our values is going the distance and being “All In,” what that means is setting goals to achieve and surpassing them, going further than what you ever thought possible. Taryn has set a goal in 2023 to complete not her first 14er but her sixth 14er! It’s a good thing that the 14er, Mount Zirkel Wilderness is an hour drive from the Gravity Haus in Steamboat, Colorado.
The memories we cherish most are the ones we experience when it is shared with others. For Taryn, a favorite memory begins with her family and their time together at the Gravity Haus Breckenridge. She told us about the time, “[her] family (three kiddos) tried out the Breck Super tramp pretty early on and all of us couldn’t get enough of it, [then went to] Cabin Juice for awesome food and drinks!”
MEET KIMBERLY LYNCH – Top Event-Goer
Kimberly has been a part of the Gravity Haus community since August of 2020. She spends most of her time in the mountains at the Gravity Haus Vail and Gravity Haus Breckenridge locations. Kimberly loves to get out and experience new activities, she goes on to say, “….from the moment I joined Gravity Haus – I had the most amazing opportunities to stretch my boundaries and try all kinds of new adventure sports. I know for a fact – I would not have tried a lot of them – if not for Gravity Haus.” Creating powerful moments begins with Members like Kimberly, that are always continuing to keep growing and pushing the boundaries.
As Kimberly continues on her journey and finding new experiences, in 2023 she is, “…looking forward to all [her] future adventures with Gravity Haus!” As a benefit to our Members, Gravity Haus hosts monthly Member Events, activities ranging from backpacking trips, horseback riding to pickleball clinics.

From the beginning, Kimberly has embodied what it means to be a Gravity Haus Member. We asked her what her favorite memory was and were taken on a beautiful history of all her experiences so far at Gravity Haus. “I found that I LOVE Ice Climbing and Fat Tire Bicycle riding as well as indoor Rock climbing! I got to see a double rainbow while on Horseback, Paddle down incredible rapids in the Colorado River, go snowmobiling in Aspen and Snow Balance Biking in Winter Park, and get small group mogul lessons.”
From the experiences to the amenities, Kimberly has been a great Member, always trying something new and taking full advantage of all the offerings to our Members across each location. Kimberly mentions, “…you can not believe how wonderful it is to stay at or use the facilities at a Gravity Haus Property after a long day of skiing or mountain biking! Whether after skiing – going into a hot tub, borrowing skis for that day’s snow conditions, or in the summer – picking up a paddle board thru Haus Quiver or borrowing a mountain bike for the day or two…designed for each specific terrain – uphill, downhill or snow…you have all the toys you need at your fingertips.”
MEET Joe Burnham – TOP Dryland User
“DRYLAND KEEPS ME READY FOR WHATEVER MIGHT COME MY WAY.” – JOE BURNHAM
Joe is one our top Dryland users and when asked, what is he training for, he said, “…my answer is simple, “Life.” But it’s also awesome to be able to roll out of bed any given day and conquer whatever adventure arises, be it an impromptu run, a rugged hike, or an obstacle course race.” At Gravity Haus, we provide our members with the resources to achieve their personal goals, whether it is attending Dryland Fitness classes or using the recovery amenities across our locations, we are here to support our members through the journey.
