Join us for a relaxing and refreshing evening at Old Town Hot Springs! You will be immersed into a Values-based goal setting workshop with movement and meditation at the mind-body nexus. Begin with intentional asana and breath work to set the tone for values-based goal setting to lead you into the new year. With a focus on mental and physical alignment, take the pressure of perfection off, shifting towards acceptance, presence, and a kindness-first approach.
