Your Host, Macy Petty.. Macy Petty is a local Aspen Movement Guide. She studied and completed her 500 RYT certification in Atlanta, Ga with Bethany Vaughn about 9 years ago where she started her training in Power Vinyasa with Ana Forest style mixed in and 26 &2/hot yoga. Now trained and passionate about Hatha, Breathwork, Inversions, Energetics of Manifestation and Ecstatic Dance (founder of @ecstaticdanceaspen), she is a E-RYT yoga alliance recognized instructor. Macy brings her primal, balanced, powerful movements, philosophy, and Shakti energy to every class, workshop and course!
