The easiest way to get to Truckee is by flying into Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), about a 40–45 minute drive from town. From there, you can rent a car, take a shuttle, or use rideshare to reach Truckee.

If you’re driving, Truckee sits right off I-80 and is easily accessible from Sacramento (about 2 hours) and the San Francisco Bay Area (3.5–4 hours). In winter, road conditions can change quickly—AWD or 4WD is recommended during storm cycles.

Check-in begins at 4 PM & check-out is at 11 AM. Need a late checkout? Just check with the front desk, and if we can't approve it for your room, you can still store your luggage with us for as long as you need.
