PHASE 2 RENOVATION PLAN

Gravity Haus Vail Phase 2 renovations are well underway and nearing completion on the daily! The scope of construction is focusing on the lower two levels of the property, occupied by Dryland Fitness & Spa, and will elevate the experience for members and guests seeking Spa and fitness services, co-working space, meeting rooms, and modern social lounges.

Upon completion, Gravity Haus Vail will feature new:

Private members’ lounge with game room and bar
Mens and women’s locker rooms and showers
StarterHaus co-working shared desks, open seats and meeting rooms
Yoga studio
Spa amenities including a salt room, steam room, sauna, and cold plunge
An open concept functional fitness space that incorporates turf, a cardio theater with Peloton bikes, recovery equipment including compression, and percussive therapy
Haus Quiver gear fulfillment + retail
Ski lockers

Construction will go through November with a tentative re-opening date of December 1. Here is a summary of the operational impacts to expect during construction:

Reconfiguration of the Dryland Fitness & Spa check-in area on the mezzanine. During construction fitness and Spa guests will access Dryland through a temporary entrance on the West side of the building
Massages and facials will be available by appointment 10 am – 6 pm in a temporary capacity in Gravity Haus hotel rooms. Email dryland@gravityhaus.com to schedule a service
Construction of new ski lockers for Gravity Haus members. Contact membership@gravityhaus.com to reserve one of these coveted lockers for the 2021/22 winter season
Renovations to indoor soaking tubs. During construction the indoor and outdoor hot tubs will not be available
During construction fitness class offerings will be modified
During construction the weight room will remain available for member and guest use though construction will be visible

Importantly, during construction Slope Room and Unravel Coffee as well as the hotel lobby and guest rooms will remain open with minimal impact caused by the construction on the lower levels.

While there will be short term impacts during construction, I anticipate the community will be overwhelmed by the renovated spa, fitness, lounge spaces, ski lockers and co-working facilities they’ll discover this fall.”
