About the Event: The magic trio and ultimate rejuvenation! Join us for an afternoon retreat with Michele Lavire, licensed acupuncturist and Chinese medicine specialist, and Elizabeth Brumfield (EJ) our lovely yin and sound master, for a full mind + body reset.
Begin with gentle movement and a few long-held Yin postures to open the body. Once the body has been opened, enjoy the healing aspect of sound as you are gently guided through a sound bath and meditation. Michele will apply acupuncture needles to a few rejuvenating points on your body as you rest and ingest the power and potency of the sound. This offering will conclude with a long savasana. The acupuncture needles will be removed as you begin to settle into savasana.

Please Note: This workshop does include some element of physical touch during the acupuncture portion. The touch will be limited and we are taking all precautions to prevent the spread of COVID19. If you are not comfortable with gentle physical touch, please do not attend.
