Reviving tradition with modern American fare & local sourcing, be among the very first to experience our Grand Opening of our Gravity Haus Steamboat restaurant, White Rabbit Tavern.
We are so excited to announce our Grand Opening of White Rabbit Tavern within our Steamboat Gravity Haus location. We invite all Gravity Haus members, plus (1 guest) to our GH Steamboat outpost for a celebration of our Grand Opening! As a thank you for your patience and being a loyal member, we are offering a few rooms on the haus when you attend dinner! If you are a local and just want to attend dinner, you are more than welcome to! If you are spending the night with us, you MUST register for dinner through our open table link provided here. If you do not attend the dinner, you will be charged for your room.
Happy Hour (4-6pm) First Drink on the Haus!
Whether you decide to stay with us or not, we would love for you to experience our Happy Hour and culinary experience at White Rabbit Tavern! Celebrate with our GH Steamboat team members and other Gravity Haus members over cocktails for our Happy Hour from 4-6pm in the Tavern. First drink on the haus!
Dinner Seatings (Set Time Seatings)
Be the first to experience the White Rabbit Tavern menu and join us for a dinner reservation. Our culinary team will coordinate a special 4-course curated menu for $60 per head. Book your reservation here!
Spend the night – On the Haus!
Head out to our Steamboat Gravity Haus location and enjoy a complimentary night on us! We are offering 50 complimentary rooms for Gravity Haus Members and their 1 guest on a first come, first serve basis. Please follow the link at check out to book your desired room. Our complimentary night is only valid for the night of Thursday, December 7th. If you are booking a free night with us, it is required for you to attend the dinner! Our team put a lot of time and effort into this grand opening, and we want you to be the first to experience it.
