About the event: We’ll be hosting a workshop where we take your 2024 goals and walk through how to break them down into an action plan, with concrete steps toward achievement. If you missed our previous goal-setting session, no worries! We will take the first 30 minutes to set (or re-introduce ourselves to) the goals we set for 2024. The next 60 minutes we will focus on how to systematize your goal-achievement process, bridging the gap from audacious goals to actionable next steps.
About Nolan: Nolan moved from Minneapolis, MN to Denver in September and is a coach at Dryland Denver. His past experiences in the health and wellness space include CrossFit and Precision Nutrition certifications, group class instruction, small group instruction, 1:1 personal training, strength and conditioning programming, movement screening, health coaching, and gym management. He currently is coaching barbell classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00a and 6:15p. His passions outside of the health and wellness space include backpacking, gardening, snow sports and stand up paddle boarding.
