About the Experience: There’s no better way to build community than to break bread together, so we’re creating a rotating monthly Supper Club in Steamboat Springs, where members and their guests will meet over menus paired with libations.

About the Event: We are continuing our favorite summer event series of Supper Clubs! We will be enjoying a lovely dinner with drinks at Otto Pint in Steamboat. Otto Pint is a new American restaurant specializing in handcrafted dishes, artisan cocktails, fine wines, and craft brews, all being served up right along the beautiful Yampa River in downtown Steamboat Springs.

Menu: (buffet style)

Starters:

• Antipasto platter with house sliced meats, cheeses, olives, accoutrements. (gluten free)
• Mixed beet salad with toasted walnuts, arugula, goat cheese, blueberry balsamic vinaigrette. (gluten free) (vegetarian)
• Mixed greens salad with carrot, tomato, red onion, Italian vinaigrette. (gluten free) (vegetarian)
• Chicken wings with dry rub seasoning, ranch and blue cheese dressings on the side. (gluten free)

Mains:

• Mains: buffet style
• Baked, braised beef ziti with tomato bordelaise
• Baked margherita style ziti, fresh mozzarella, house marinara, fresh basil.(vegetarian)
• Assorted pizzas(small cut slices): gluten free crust veggie and meat pizzas, and specialty pizzas.

Dessert:

• Mini key lime pie bites.
