About the Experience: Let’s celebrate Friday by getting up and out early for a trail run or hike on beautiful Green Mountain! We will be sending two groups out this morning, one for trail running and the other for hiking. No matter which sport you prefer, come join us for some exercise and stay for coffee and pastries provided by Unravel Coffee in Denver!

Trail Run Details:

• 4.6 mile loop, 810 ft elevation gain

Hike Details:

• 3.2 mile loop, 633 ft elevation gain

• What to Bring: Lots of water, sunscreen, and trail running/hiking gear
• Where to Meet: Follow the directions to the parking lot from either AllTrails link. We are going to green mountain but please make sure you meet at the Florida Street location. You can also find the parking lot on Google Maps by typing “Hayden Park-Florida St Parking’. Note: this does not come up on Apple Maps, so please use Google.

• Who to Look For: Your GH Hosts will be wearing Dryland or Gravity Haus gear and will meet you at the parking lot!
