Event Overview
About the Event: Join us for an evening of good conversation, delicious food and exceptional bourbons and rye supplied by Jefferson’s. Jefferson’s founder Trey Zoeller will guide us through an extensive tasting of Jefferson’s most unique and captivating whiskeys accompanied by three course dinner prepared by Slope Room’s executive chef Ulises Salas. The event begins at 5:30 with a cocktail reception featuring a Jefferson’s inspired cocktail from the Slope Room bar team before Trey guides us through an incredible evening of phenomenal whiskey and delicious food.
What’s on the Menu?
The menu will feature chef Ulises’ favorites from Slope Room’s new winter menu curated to highlight and infuse the flavors and history of Jefferson’s. Full menu to be announced soon.
About our beverage partner: We are lucky to be joined by one of the whisky industry’s most visionary and talented leaders, Jefferson’s Founder and Chief Strategist Trey Zoeller. Founded in 1997, Jefferson’s is the brainchild of Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a famed bourbon historian. They were continuing a family whiskey tradition that goes back to Trey’s 8th generation grandmother who was arrested in 1799 for the “production and sales of spirituous liquors.” His curious and experimental mindset has allowed him to push the boundaries of bourbon whiskey.
