About the Event: Join us in celebrating the holidays with a themed yoga party! We will have a 45 minute yoga session lead by Lauren, one of our GH Team Members, hot apple cider, and sweet holiday treats to enjoy some activity and comminity with your fellow GHers! You are highly encouraged to dress up in your coziest, comfiest holiday pajamas or holiday-colors! Think red and green workout gear, a Christmas onsie, or the pajamas that bring you joy during the holiday season. This will be an all levels yoga class.
