Join me in hiking Buffalo Mountain this next weekend. The aspens are changing, so we should have some spectacular views. The hike will be weather-permitting, but so far the forecast looks clear.
Get there by 7:45 so you can park, get your gear ready, and head out by 8:00 am sharp. We should be back down by 1:30. We have a clubhouse with a hot tub, deck, and kitchen, so we can rehydrate, refuel, and soak the muscles when we get back down. Bring some lawn chairs for the deck if you’d like. We can apres as long into the afternoon (evening?!) as we have the energy, food, and drink for.
I live right next to the trailhead and have plenty of private guest parking. No need to worry about the limited public parking at the top of Ryan Gulch Rd. I will provide detailed parking and meeting point instructions to people who join.
I’ll provide some food & drink basics. Depending on how many people join, I may coordinate & ask others to bring treats as well.
