About the Event
There’s no better way to build community than to break bread together, so we’ve created a rotating monthly Supper Club in the Front Range, where members and their guests will meet over menus paired with libations.
About the Experience
We are very excited to have you all in for this hands-on night of amazing food, and access to the El Jefe chef for questions! We will be doing a live class, with the chef walking through the process of the appetizers, much like a live cooking show!
Each table will have ingredients and supplies to make our guacamole, as well as ceviche for appetizers. In addition, all guests will go home with a recipe card to make the items at home! The chef will also talk through the Salsa Roja which will be on tables as guests are seated.
We will offer 4 main entrees. The entrees will be discussed, ingredients , as well as cooking steps. The Entree options are as follow:
In addition to the delicious food, there will also be a tequila rep on-site to help answer any questions about the pairings you’ll receive. It’ll be a night you won’t want to miss!
