Event Overview
About the event: Join Denver Dryland coach, Nolan Cunningham for some morning movement and keep up your New Year New Me mindset! Bundle up and bring your pup for a January Morning Movement – we’ll be walking around Sloan’s Lake together – because it’s always easier to get out in the cold and move if you’re with others, right?! If you attended the “Turning Goals in Actions” workshop, we’ll also be checking in on our “Action Plan” and keeping each other on track! Plan on leaving the parking lot at 7:40 for the ~50 min walk. Don’t forget your pup’s “pick up” waste bags!
After the walk, warm up with a hot cup of joe in the lot before starting your day!
About Nolan: Nolan moved from Minneapolis, MN to Denver in September and is a coach at Dryland Denver. His past experiences in the health and wellness space include CrossFit and Precision Nutrition certifications, group class instruction, small group instruction, 1:1 personal training, strength and conditioning programming, movement screening, health coaching, and gym management. He currently is coaching barbell classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00a and 6:15p. His passions outside of the health and wellness space include backpacking, gardening, snow sports and stand up paddle boarding.
