About the event: Dive into an energetic flow of playful poses and arm balances in this approachable intermediate class that challenges and invigorates. The class will start with an upbeat, music-driven opening to prepare the body for the power and strength of low-flying arm balances like crow and one-legged crow, followed by work and breakdown of handstand at the wall and away from it. Throughout class, students will work on cultivating strength and stability to move into the elevated postures and mindfully transition between them.
