Event Overview
About the event: Join your fellow GH members and take your yoga practice out of the studio and into nature! SUP Yoga is low impact, strengthens the core, and creates a strong sense of equilibrium. Each 75-minute session will include a brief introduction to paddling + yoga on the water, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. The class will end with a traditional savasana — sky above you, water beneath you, and nature all around.
No yoga or paddle experience required.
About our Partner: Bhava Yoga is a trusted GH partner and we are sure you won’t want to miss this awesome SUP yoga event! Members will meet at the Bhava yoga studio and have the chance to put down their belongings. From there, you will walk on over to Maggie Pond with a SUP in hand! It is about a one-minute walk from the yoga studio to the pond.
