Get out ahead of the crowds and enjoy the fresh snow! Keystone is predicted to get 1-2” overnight on Thursday and 1” Friday morning.
Keystone opens up river run gondy for a short 15 min window between 7:30 and 7:45 only during early season. From the gondy you can ski to Montezuma lift and get a handful of laps before the regular opening at 8:30.
Join me at the base of the gondola at 7 am. I typically ski until 10-11 am, depending on crowds and available terrain, and end the day at the Breck GH for a hot tub sesh (time can be tbd on the groups preferences)
Notes:
– Make sure to get parked and geared up in the river run lot (there isn’t a place to change indoors near the gondola)
– There are bathrooms at the bottom of the gondola but they often don’t open up until 8 so plan accordingly
– The group won’t be able to wait for late attendees given the time constraints
