MEMBERS ONLY | Hands On Cooking Class with Chef Sal

During this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sal you’ll learn how to make two of his famously delicious vegetarian dishes. Start by creating a roasted green bean salad, complete with shaved fennel, walnuts, pecorino, dried tomato. Then graduate to making fresh pappardelle pasta completely from scratch, which you’ll be able to take home with you to impress your own guests.
The finale of the class will see you enjoying your own green bean salad, and feasting on a warm plate of pappardelle pasta with mushroom ragu, compliments of Chef Sal.
Salad, entree and two drinks are included. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
