About This Trip
Join Gravity Haus for a stunning adventure to the 10th Mountain Division HutNestled at timberline below the majestic peaks of the Colorado Continental Divide, the 10th Mountain Division Hut was completed during the summer of 1989 and built in honor of the 10th Mountain Division of the U.S. Army. This hut is located just a few miles east of the Continental Divide at 11,370′ in the Rocky Mountains, nearby the historic city of Leadville.
Hut trips are member favorites for a reason – you earn your meals on the sweaty ascent, then kick back and relax with catered meals, beverages, a little competition (card games and charades, anyone?), and cozy accommodations at the hut itself. Throw in campfires, layover day adventures, and sitting on patios under a blanket of stars so bright they’ll keep you up, and you’ve got yourself a weekend to remember.
Plus, we’re bringing some furry sherpa friends to assist and keep us company. If you’ve never trekekd with a llama, prepare to be amazed!
We partner with the incredible team at Paragon Guides to deliver these adventures! Huts are almost completely sold out for this season, so grab your spot!
