Ring in the New Year with Slope Room at Gravity Haus Vail! Chef Alberto Soto will be preparing a special tasting menu adding luxury touches to thoughtfully sourced ingredients from our network of farmers, ranchers, and fishermen.
Our early seating includes dinner earlier in the evening. Perfect for those who have plans to celebrate elsewhere! Or, if you’re ready to sit down and settle in for the night in one spot, choose our “Celebration Seating” which starts at 8:30 pm and will take you late into the evening.
