Leave from GHWP at 5pm for a intermediate 45-60 minute ride. Return to GH for BBQ and drinks. Moderate uphill climb 600-800 vertical.
Vail from GH vail and climb up benchmark trail to the top and maybe other places. Total 5 hours but at a moderate pace.
Meet at GHWP at 5pm (4:30 upper body w/ Katie beforehand). 45-60 minute intermediate ride w/ 600-800 ft incline. Will either be Idlewild or Vasquez trail areas.
