We will taste 4 distinct coffees with various fermentation recipes to showcase the influence of great processing.
This class will consist of a few short films on the farm level, a traditional guided tasting session, and will end with the participants roasting one of the coffees from the table with our zero-emissions Bellwether roaster. Everyone will leave with the freshest roasted coffee and a new perspective on what coffee can be!
