Gravity Haus Winter Park is in the old Sundowner Motel space along Highway 40 — Winter Park’s main drag — and is a quick jaunt to Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. Pick-up/drop-off gear from our convenient on-location gear shop, located inside Gravity Haus Winter Park. Hotel guests and Gravity Haus members with Haus Quiver access can use the Gravity Haus app to browse and reserve gear. Winter gear is available November through April. Enjoy the extensive Winter Park Haus Quiver roster of brand new snowboards and alpine and backcountry skis. It’s like having a personal ski locker chock full of perfectly tuned, easy-to-grab skis and boards for any snow condition.
The Quiver now offers backcountry setups. Premium touring gear means you can earn your turns and explore outside the resort. You will need proof of avalanche certification, and must bring your own safety equipment. Backcountry reservations include skins and adjustable poles.
New this season, Gravity Haus has partnered with DPS. The pioneers have been building skis out of carbon for nearly 20 years and are responsible for the world’s first and only pure pre-pregnated carbon fiber sandwich ski, the first 120mm-waisted powder pintail, the first rockered ski with sidecut, and Phantom, a one-time permanent base treatment that replaces wax.
The Haus Quiver at Gravity Haus Winter Park now carries a fleet of DPS backcountry skis, including the 100RP and 106C2 Pagoda Tour ski alongside a roster of Rossignol alpine skis. Ride the BlackOps, RallyBird and Sender downhill skis or check out the Rossignol Revenant, Sawblade and Soulside snowboards.
Tip: Gravity Haus members now have access to book First Tracks at Winter Park Resort on Tuesday and Thursday morning for $50/person/day. Meet a guide at 7:45 am and head up the mountain for early access. Powder or fresh corduroy, you’ll have the slopes to yourself!
