Heart disease steals the lives of 2,200 Americans each day. The good news: Most cardiovascular issues are preventable with a little education and simple proactive lifestyle steps.

Get your heart rate up at Dryland Fitness.

The American Heart Association recommends five 30-minute moderate exercise sessions each week. We’ve got the badass coaches, the workouts and the machines to keep your pulse elevated on the regular.

Gravity Haus is all about stressing less and connecting more. We bring like-minded outdoor-loving adventurers together for tastings, tours, retreats and fitness-focused excursions.

EAT SMARTER WITH CLEAN FUEL.

A sustainably sourced diet full of heart-smart foods is essential to healthy living. Salmon, nuts, berries and oats are just a few of the heart superfoods found on our restaurant menus.

BUILD MORE MUSCLE.

Head back into Dryland and take that BrickHaus class you’ve been eyeing. Strength training compliments cardiovascular exercise by toning muscle and burning fat. The American Heart Association recommends squeezing in two days of high-intensity strength training each week.

Chill out and recover.

Stress increases cortisol, which leads to weight gain, a key risk factor for heart disease. So take the time to zen out in our hot tubs, saunas, spas and Unravel cafes. Add positive self-talk and mindful meditation breaks throughout the day.

Get more sleep.

Skip I-70 traffic (talk about stressful) and its white-knuckled frustration and spend the night at Gravity Haus where plush eco-bedding and amenities await.
