Phase one of Gravity Haus Winter Park opened to guests on August 6 with 10 boutique rooms, followed by 28 additional rooms rolling out later this fall.
Our latest high alpine basecamp sits at the crux of downtown Winter Park, steps from the revamped Rendezvous Events Center at Hideaway Park, a lively shopping and dining scene and mountain trails spurring off and begging to be explored in every direction. Winter Park’s event calendars are packed with wine and beer fests, art and jazz celebrations and live music multiple nights a week. There’s always something going on in Winter Park and the new Gravity Haus outpost puts you in the heart of it all.

Here’s the inside scoop on the new Winter Park digs:
1. Stellar Location
Gravity Haus Winter Park is in the old Sundowner Motel space along Highway 40 — Winter Park’s main drag — and is a quick jaunt to dancing in the lawn to a Colorado bluegrass band at Hideaway Park or cruising down the best runs at Mary Jane ski area. The rebuilt motor lodge has a cool, vintage European vibe with all the warm mountain chic Gravity Haus style you know and love.
2. Custom Comforts
The mountain town’s newest boutique motel goes big with the little things. Enjoy 38 renovated rooms with mobile key access, free fiber-fueled internet in every room and common space, eco-friendly products (yoga mats and plush robes, too!) and grandiose king beds and bunks outfitted in the softest earth-conscious linens we could find.
3. Fitness Fix
Train smarter in the state-of-the-art Dryland Fitness facility, complete with the latest high-end equipment and classes tailored to the modern outdoor enthusiast. *Set to open in Phase 2 of construction in late Fall.
4. Recovery Zone
Relax in the outdoor hot tubs and take in sweet tranquil mountain air. *Set to open in Phase 2 of construction in late Fall.
5. Happy Pups
We love dogs as much as you do. Gravity Haus Winter Park gladly welcomes four-legged friends. Upon arrival, dogs can get their photo taken and “sign” the doggie guest book, as well as get set up with their own doggie bed, bowl and treats.
6. Fresh Fuel
Unravel Winter Park is an expanded counter-service concept serving high-quality clean-eating dishes for breakfast, lunch, après and dinner, along with tap wine, beer and cocktails. The food is fresh, organic and regionally sourced and an outdoor year-round beer garden faces all the action in the center of town.
